Mum is showing me her garden on WhatsApp [2024]

Statement

WhatsApp consists of an organic resin frame holding a screen showing a screenshot from a WhatsApp call I had with my mum last year where she showed me her vegetable garden. The resin is inspired by pitch pine glue and is made out of bulrushes, moss, pine resin, beeswax and ash. I wanted the frame to juxtapose the screen.
