Durational Performance
On 24/06/24, Berger & Wirz hosted an immersive, durational performance of Filibuster, spanning multiple spaces within Glasgow Sculpture Studios. The event transformed the studios into a fictional world consisting of a waiting room and a television studio. In the TV studio, a continuous monologue was performed live on camera, with the 'TV broadcast' simultaneously displayed on a wall-mounted screen in the adjacent waiting room. The audience was free to move between the spaces, immersing themselves in a unique state of limbo that highlighted the pervasiveness of media narratives.
