Filibuster
"Filibuster" is an ongoing, interdisiplinary project by the collaborative duo Berger and Wirz. Inspired by the CIA’s Simple Sabotage Field Manual, made public 80 years ago, the project employs custom software to transform the speeches of Shell CEO Ben van Beurden into an unending, nonsensical monologue. Through linguistic analysis, this project critically examines the impact of corporate greenwashing on contemporary media narratives and environmental policy.
